Whole, Not Perfect: Authentically, Wholly, Freely

We have spent the last 10 weeks exploring the parts of ourselves that have been fragmented, filtered, and lost, and we have reached the final episode in our Wholly Living series. 

We have talked about wholeness, God’s design, and the sacred return to our authentic selves..

It has been a long and fulfilling journey, and I am so glad you have been here with me.

As you move forward, I want you to know that wholly and authentic living is a journey, one you will continue to walk every day. 

I want you to know that wholeness isn’t a destination—it’s a homecoming. 

It’s the realization that all parts of you belong: your body, your heart, your mind, and your spirit. 

You were created to live whole. Not perfect—but whole. And when you bring the fragmented remnants of yourself back into alignment, life begins to feel connected, whole, and free.

 

What We Have Walked Through

Taking a look back over the past 10 weeks, we have learned how often we abandon our physical selves and how sacred it is to come back home to the vessel that carries us. We dared to feel—really feel—and to recognize that emotional fluency is not a weakness but a strength. We challenged the beliefs and stories we’ve inherited. We began reclaiming our right to think for ourselves, and we returned to the soul, to God, and to the truth that our original design is good, whole, and worthy.

We learned that each of these pieces is powerful on its own, but it’s when we begin to peel back our filters, understand our story matters and that it costs us more to stay where we are than it does to be free, and we start to recover our authentic original design that we experience the freedom we’ve been seeking all along.
