Me too!

This week, I’m introducing something that’s close to and has been living in my heart for a long time:

A journey I have personally walked.
A process I now guide others through.
A new series I’m calling Wholly Living: A Journey to Your Authentic Reveal.

 

Wholly Living

We so often go through life as just pieces of who we really are.

At work, home, or in society in general, whether that's church, our families, or other organizations we are a part of, we are what everyone expects us to be. 

When we are only showing up in life as parts of ourselves, we begin to feel disconnected and lost. We disassociate from who we really are and begin to live a life as someone we can’t even recognize in the mirror.

Wholly Living is about bringing all of those remnants back together.

It’s about gathering what life scattered, reclaiming what was lost, and remembering that every part of us is sacred.

This series is here to help you:

  • Reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve silenced or set aside
  • Stop living in remnants and start living in fullness
  • Have your own Authentic Reveal by honoring every part of you—body, heart, mind, and spirit

 

Authentic Reveal

We’re meant to live fully, freely, and authentically—in alignment with who we were created to be.

When we begin to come back to ourselves and live whole, that’s where our Authentic Reveal begins. Where we begin to see ourselves for who we really are and who we were created to be

 

A New Series

We search for more outside of ourselves every day, seeking fulfillment, contentment, joy, and not everything we find is a good thing. We tend to overwork ourselves, seek it in unhealthy relationships, or fall prey to our addictions. 

But now it’s time we start seeking that more from within.

Throughout this series, we’ll journey together through the four key pillars of Wholly Living:

Whole Bodied – Reconnecting with your physical self and listening to the sacred vessel you live in.
Whole Hearted – Becoming emotionally fluent and learning to feel and express from a place of courage and compassion.

Whole Minded – Learning to think for yourself, challenge your patterns, and stop living by other people’s rules.
Whole Spirited – Returning to your soul, realigning with God, and living from your original design.

This is not just a series—it’s a deep invitation.
To create the awareness you need…
To believe in who you are…
To know who you were created to be…
And to trust that yes, you too can live whole and have your own Authentic Reveal.

 

These episodes will include real stories from my life, tools and practices I use with my clients, spiritual insights, and gentle but honest challenges to help you uncover what’s been buried—and begin living free.

This series is built on truth, grace, curiosity, and vulnerability.
It’s a safe place to lay things down and pick new things up.
It’s a permission slip to feel again, hope again, and live again.
Fully. Freely. Wholly.
